In 2020 the Grindavík baskets were moved to a new site at Selskógur, the forestry area by Mt. Þorbjörn. The result is a 9-hole course in a wooded setting. To find it, turn right onto a small track (Reykjavegur) running alongside the main road into Grindavík and drive a short way back.
