An impressive 18-hole course set up in summer 2024 by the Sog river at Ljósafoss in Grímsnes, on Landsvirkjun-owned land that was formerly a regular golf course. Two tees per hole and a polished build throughout. A 9-hole putting course (Ljósálfur) shares the site. About 40-50 minutes from Reykjavík and just 5 minutes from the course at Úlfljótsvatn. Midges can be an issue in summer - bring a head net.
